For over 20 years, I’ve carved out a non-traditional career – evolving from agency creative lead roles to founding my own agency, building in-house brand and creative teams, and getting hands-on to help new brands grow. This path has given me a unique blend of experience, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving to help brands break through, connect with audiences in unexpected ways, and drive real impact.

I’ve worked across industries like DTC, CPG, Outdoor, Health & Wellness, QSR (I know, opposite spectrum), and Entertainment — leading standout activations & campaigns for brands like Outside Inc., Hotels.com, Vail Resorts, truTV, KitKat, Pepsi, Charlotte’s Web Cannabis and More. But one of the biggest game-changers? My work with Domino’s Pizza. It played a key role in one of the most significant brand and digital transformations in modern history—fueling a 1,258% stock increase, 27 straight quarters of double-digit sales growth, and billions in earned media, from major PR headlines to late-night talk show mentions. This impact earned Fast Company’s “Most Innovative Companies” recognition for both Domino’s and Vail Resorts.

I specialize in building brand heat and creating brand ecosystems that genuinely connect with people—whether through Earned Media, Brand Activations, E-Commerce, Social (Creator/Influencer), Retail, or IRL experiences. Whether it’s scaling scrappy startups or revitalizing legacy brands, my goal is the same: carve out space, cut through the noise, and drive growth in ways no one saw coming.
