For intense athletes like ultra-distance trail runners, traditional soda can be a surprisingly effective performance boost. Yes, soda. The kind athletes are usually told to avoid.

The problem is carbonation. It can cause discomfort mid-effort, leaving runners burping and cramping their way to the finish line. So the real insiders do a weird little hack. They let their soda go flat overnight.

That insider behavior is the disruption. That’s where FLODA® comes in.

All the energy of soda, none of the fizz

Floda is a flat soda that’s formulated with ZERO carbonation, yet still provides peak levels of sugar and caffeine - the perfect combination for endurance. It’s the trail running scene’s new secret weapon for all things distance running. The brand embodies the essence of trail running - raw, pure, and natural, just like the drink itself.

With its unique formula, Floda has all the energy of soda without the discomfort of carbonation, making it an ideal drink for trail runners.

As a product developed for the most core audience in running, it would be fitting if we launched Floda to runners at one of the most exciting ultra races, the Cocodona 250.

At Cocodona 250, besides launching at the aid station, we also ran our film on the livestream of the event, where other core runners now demanded FLODA. So we brought it to them across many running events across the USA and Europe.
